Membership Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page.
- Cancellation requests by email are also considered, and are processed.
- If you cancel your subscription, your license will still be active until the current period ends. This means you’ll have access until your latest transaction expires. When the transaction expires, you won’t be rebilled, and your licenses will go inactive.
- NYC Fair Trade Coalition will send an email reminding you in advance that your subscription will be expiring soon.
Refunds
The membership fee is non-refundable; however, you may cancel your renewed subscription within two (2) calendar days of renewal date and receive a full refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
