Sustainability is one of the biggest buzzwords of the 21st century, but it’s much more than mediaspeak for us. It’s our passion — and one we love to share with others.

More than a decade ago, Ciel was founded as an energy efficiency consultancy. We’re proud to share that Ciel Power LLC was awarded 2019, 2020, & 2021 Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Contractor of the Year from the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Department of Environmental Protection.

Ciel also received the ENERGY STAR Sustained Excellence Award, a national honor reserved for the top one percent of energy efficiency consultancies.

In addition to having been featured in the New York Times, Realtor Magazine, Mashable, and on Yahoo News, as well as on ABC World News Tonight, Ciel representatives frequently participate in public speaking engagements and panel discussions to advocate for sustainability and energy efficiency.

We’re grateful for all of these opportunities, which allow us to advocate for environmental consciousness while supporting others in their sustainability efforts, including our work with the NYC Fair Trade Coalition.
